i think you need to have short hair

or really short layers.

it looks like that girl had short hair

and then heaps of layers on top.

even if you don't want to get your hair cut that short,

get layers in your hair and you will get puffy straight hair.

i would also recommend that you put like mousse,

or a volumising product in your hair.

you have to get a lot of layers and cut short.

and certain kinds of hair products.
