Is there any way to make straight hair cute?

Help! i Have Poofy Straight Hair when i air dry, it is black and somtimes get frizz i was wondering if there is a cute scrunching gel that works good so whenever we swim at school i can do something quit cheap and cute! ( i use sunsilk conditioner and shampoo and sunsilk frizz cream.) Thats it THANKS A TON in Advance

Honestly it depends on how much time u want or shall i say are willing to spend on your hair...go to a salon and get it cut in long layers, go to beauty supply and buy a good ceramic flat iron, after u wash it and put your anti-frizz serum on blow dry with a blow comb on the end of the drier, after it is dry flat iron it in sections and bump the ends under with the flat iron...cost for everything less than $100.00, time it takes to style 45 minutes, compliments from friends and family priceless...Good Luck (=^;^=)

i have wavy hair. but whenever i dont feel like styling it, i just put it in a low side pony tail and i put a burette that has lil diomands on it on the opposite side of my pony tail just above the ear. the burretes are cheap and very cute get em at like target. [not many poeple have them]

so what i basically got from your question is that when u go swimming at school, u need a quick hairstyle that u can get after your hair is wet and if u airdry it gets poofy right????? the same is true for me, but my hair always dries poofy

GEL: you could use a scrucnhing gel, pantene curl defining scrunching gel or garnier fructise wetlook gel

MOUSSE: garnier fructise curl-construct mousse, or any volumizing or culing mousse would work, i guess, but i got my best results w/ garnier

for both the gel and the mousse, after you shampoo and condition your hair, get out of the shower, brush it (wet), put some gle or mousse in your hand, rub your hands together, flip your head over, and run your hands through your hair so that the product is evenly distributed through your hair, then flip your head back over and scrunch your hair. it own't look very curly at first, but then when it dries, it should get curlier. if you have time, spray your hair w/ hairspray when you're done to keep the look in.

i don't like to use product in my hair too much b/c its not good for your hair and im worried that my hair will fall out if i use too many chemicals....so, sometimes, when i just use lotion to tame my frizz. i know, it sounds weird, but i was going out the other day and i had put my hair in french braids (o yea, that's another option, but don't take your hair out UNTIL YOUR HAIR IS DRy) but i took it out when it was still wet so it ended up superfrizzing and it looked bad. so i just took some lotion and smoothed it down. you could also put lotion in your hands and then twist 2 in sectioions in ur fingers to get culrs, it actually looks like i did it with a curling iron even tho its just my fingers =D anyway, i use oil of olay lotion b/c it doesn't leave a greasy feel and my hair is thin so i can't afford any grease on myhair. try a normal/thicker lotion if the oil of olay isn't strong enough. i use the pink one, original formula, plus, it smells nice

i realize that your question wanted to make straight hair cute but besides pinning it back w/ a cute clip and into a ponytail, unless your hair dries stick straight, i don't think you're going to have much luck with getting straight hair to look cute. try and go a little curly or wavy w/ the braids.

I always flat iron my hair and when i do so, my hair says str8 until my next shampoo. i haven't tried any products i don't think they work! =] hope this helps
