I would suggest a relaxer like "FrizzEase" or something similar, and then use a straightener.

You need to try henna and placenta deep conditioner. it is very cheap and works like a charm. use it as often as you need to, and before long your hair will feel like new.

its almost impossible to try to get straight nonfrizy hair without spending money. i suggest you use a protector on your hair before straighting it. there is a product called biosilk (silk therapy). i got it at the place i get my hair cut. its a little pricy but its totally worth it!!

You could always try a perm- straight or curly! They dont always go like poodle ya'know =] If you only leave it in a good 10-15 mins it should come out in nice curls!

hi, you haven't mentioned if you have had yr hair cut at all in the past year,most people just tend to leave it and hope it goes away.If you had yr hair chemically straightened it's the same as having a perm and the damage just the same.An average person needs a trim at least every 6 weeks.
If you dont have trims and the hair is damaged the split ends travel up the hair,hence it never going away.
My advice is to find a new style you like,a picture, long or short so a stylist can get a feel of something you like.Explain exactly what you have used and done with yr hair,he or she should be able to create something possibly without going to mad.if you get yr hair cut often and only have the ends off,it wont take as long as you think to get back to how it was.
But a Big BUT don't use the irons anymore and use a good conditioner all the time,and be carefully if you colour also, make sure you do just yr roots and not the ends.
hope this has helped some, but the simple solutions usually work well if you have the patients.Try also sliding a small amount of wax through yr hair when finished styling it will help with the frizzy parts.

No nonsence, but you might need to re think you diet and drink more water, as a lack of water will pay toll on your hair and skin, your skin will show signs of lack of water especially on your face, you may notice a dihydrated look to your skin especsially around your eyes and creases on your fore head, and eat more veg and fruit, its cheap and cheerful in more ways then one, lol
