I dont understand why everyone is born with different kinds of hair and sometimes your hair gets wavier or curlier as you grow. Can someone tell me why that is and does anyone know how to make your hair a little more naturally straighter?

GENES. But, my father and mom, and my sister have EXTREMELY curly hair, and so did I, until my first haircut, which turned like a straight wave.
