I usually get a perm using large rollers. You'll still have to blow it out straight, but it'll be much easier and take a lot less time. You can also look into Thermal Reconditioning which is also known as the Japanese method to straightening hair. It leaves your hair looking great, but it's rather pricey.

its damaging, but all youhave to do is get it trimmed after you perm it. there is a japanese straightening system that most salons offer, it works really well.
